I found some toolbar.ini changes for this in (I think) the Opera community forums. It replaces the same section in your active toolbar.ini file (whichever one you are using). You can also try to find it via a forum search if you wish. Here's the code, it's worked great for me. Sorry it doesn't format in the post...
