If you have kids, fine, but they’re not necessary, adults will find plenty to laugh at.
Ethan loved it, we loved it.
Basically no scary parts, but this scene did lead Ethan to ask: “Why did they kill Winnie the Pooh?” (They didn’t, but it was a great scene.)
