Seen "About a Boy" (Hugh Grant in his usual role, but once you get over that) and "Outland" (Tracey loves Sean Connery).

And yes, Shawn, I read it. (For those who missed the reference, see Krulled)

I have a few suggestions ...

Hoosiers (which is the greatest sports movie of all time!)
most recently, we've seen Finding Neverland and The Forgotten, which were pretty good. I was personally opposed to Neverland, as it stars Johnny Depp, who can't seem to make a good movie (although I may have to concede this point on the pirate movies, but really, are pirate movies any good?), but I told Pamela that she could pick the movie that night. She was right.

A few others that you may have never heard of, and are ones that I remember fondly--hopefully, this was not distorted by the passage of time.
Johnny Dangerously, Multiplicity (both with Michael Keaton)
Real Genius and Top Secret (Val Kilmer)
Krull (just to see if you actually read this)
Strictly Ballroom

I'll post again if I think of anything else.

Shawn

Beautiful Girls
Central Station (I bawled my eyes out the first time I saw this movie, then took my boyfriend at the time to go see it and CRIED AGAIN! Poor guy.)
Harold & Maude - a cult classic
About a Boy

If you haven't seen it already, The Court Jester is a really funny movie (IMO, much funnier than any of the Monty Python movies...)
