Why cannot I send a message to all those who I am following and who are following me. Only some of the names appear on the list?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Can a third party filter my name so that those that I am following have not been advised that I am following them and if so what can I co about it?&lt;/p&gt;
