Yeah, um, this email doesn’t really have anything to do with my subscription.

When I give someone permission to contact me about a subscription, I mean things like “Hey, your subscription is about to expire, click here to renew.”

I don’t mean “Hey, why don’t you email me any old crap you want! You’ve got my email address, by all means, if there’s anything related to your company, and I subscribe to a magazine that your company puts out, ipsofacto I must want to get email about it!!”

Right!?!?!

Right?

Yeah, didn’t think so.

My favorite part is how they tell me to forward the email message to http://www.tellusmagazine.com/remove.asp

How do I forward an email to an URL again? I forget.
