MemTurbo Customer Support

This isn’t related to Opera at all, but a warning.

MemTurbo support requires you receive unsolicited email, and then dismisses user complant. This all caught me by surprise, but after a week of waiting for a response, I have heard nothing.

Oh, and I can relate this to Opera somewhat: I paid $30 for MemTurbo, and I’m pretty sure I paid to upgrade from 1.x to 2.x. Rest assured I won’t be paying to upgrade any further.

    I had to do a system restore on my HP PC, and didn't have a disc for memturbo. They don't answer e-mails, their supplier from whom I purchased it won't handle their business any more, and they have a telephone number which answers, but all selections say no one is at that extension including the operator - no explanation -no alternative choices. Disgraceful, and I wouldn't care except that I did pay for it, and it is a good program that I need often.

    i dont know how the memturbo works i oder on the
    9,feb 2003 since then the memturbo is not working so i need help to start the memturbo other wise if is not working i need my money back.

    Re: MemTurbo... I have been running today without MemTurbo and haven't seen any problems. I'd say that for Win98, MemTurbo is pretty useful, but less so for XP (and I would assume 2k also).

    Yeah I'm still trying to find something that I like, but I'm feeling pretty minimalist at the moment.


    Did you like the grey better?

  • That's a pretty sad[*] way to conduct business and especially to treat customers. About MemTurbo itself: is it still useful in newer versions of Windows (2K/XP)?
