Step 1: Go back to around 1776. Step 2: Find Benjamin Franklin. Step 3: Explain to him how stupid an idea this daylight savings time is, and instead have him expound more upon getting up earlier!</p> <p>Adversely affect livestock and plane schedules !?$?%?!!! How about we adverse affect their reelection campaigns?</p> <p>O, and one more idea for our legislators--how about a day where you can ONLY REPEAL laws?
